Please read the following Terms of Enjoyment carefully. They describe how we expect when you enjoy and use our services. You agree to the Diamond Tantric Massage Terms and Conditions (Terms of Enjoyment) by booking a Diamond Tantric Massage.
Booking Terms of Enjoyment
BOOKING INFO: To make a booking, we need some or all the following information:
(i) For Incall Bookings we will need your telephone number to communicate for the purpose of the booking.
(iii) For Outcall Bookings. Your contact name (first name and last name) & a contact number.
If you are in a hotel room, please provide the name under which the room was booked. Additionally, we will need the room number. This is a requirement of hotels for guests visiting them. We will ask for information if the location needs specific access instructions. Liike if the hotel requires a keycard to access the lift / elevator.
If you wish, your masseuses can collect the hotel lift keycard from the lobby. Or you can ask the receptionist to arrange access for your guest, or you can meet them in the lobby / bar.

You must make an enquiry or book to use Diamond Tantric’s massages service.
Age Appropriate – Legal Requirement
If you are fortunate enough to look under 18 years of age, we will request valid identification before commencing the service.
NO SOLICITATION WILL BE TOLERATED. Soliciting is not only illegal but also against our Terms and Conditions (Terms of Enjoyment).

Terms of Enjoyment Fees
FEES (i) Payment Schedule – Diamond Tantric Massages is a booking agency ONLY. No payment is made directly to us. The contract is between the client and the massage therapist. The masseuse will require full payment in advance. The masseuse must be paid in full within 10 minutes of their arrival. There will be no discounts, partial refunds or reductions to the agreed payments.
After the completion of the “Massage Consultation”, the fees to the masseuse are non refundable. Refunds are available if there is a problem with the service (see REFUNDS).
(ii) International Currencies
All fees are quoted in GBP or pounds sterling. A 10% surcharge will apply to international payments. This is due to the possibility of currency rate fluctuations or exchange fees that a masseuse might encounter when converting your payment.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS
We will not serve clients who appear excessively drunk or intoxicated by drugs or alcohol. If a client arrives in such a condition for an incall or is treated by a masseuse at an outcall, a cancellation fee will be charged. Diamond Tantric Massages has a zero-tolerance drug policy. Clients found using drugs at either their outcall or the masseuse’s incall locations will forfeit their massage booking.
DIRECT COMUNICATIONS
You cannot make bookings on behalf of third parties unless a third party has prearranged a translation or requires assistance due to a disability. Each client must provide their contact information if they wish to book multiple masseuses.
MASSEUSE BOUNDARIES
Masseuses offer a service that clients should enjoy in an entirely passive manner. Your masseuse will discuss the details of your session during your consultation.
Diamond Tantric Massages is available to answer any questions you may have before making a booking. Our masseuses are not escort services, and we do not offer prostitution services.
HYGIENE
Masseuses have the right to ask clients to shower before they begin their massage. To accommodate this, we offer clients a complimentary 10 minutes during their booking. Any additional time spent in the bath or using other facilities is considered paid time, reducing the total massage duration.
OUTCALL MASSAGES
Clients must provide an area suitable for massages when outcalling. For the comfort of the massage therapist, please place a cushion or padded pad on the floor.. The massage is private and will not be open to the public.
USE THIRD-PARTY FACILITIES
You agree to give the masseuse access to the bathroom, toilet, and shower facilities when you arrange an outcall massage. Clients are welcome to use the facilities, including the toilet, shower, or bathroom, during incalls.
Punctuality
Diamond masseuses arrange every booking. The management team will notify you immediately if there are any unavoidable circumstances that could affect your punctuality.
(i) For Incall Bookings
Clients must arrive at the scheduled time for their incall booking. To ensure your masseuse can receive you, it is best to arrive at the location slightly early.
(iii) For Outcall Bookings
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes after the agreed start time can result in cancellation of your booking and payment.
CANCELLATIONS
We require immediate notice if a client wants to cancel a booked reservation. Only make bookings if you have a reasonable expectation of arriving on-time. Management reserves the right to cancel any future bookings if a client has multiple cancellations.
(i) For Incall Bookings
Before Arrival
No cancellation fees will apply if a booking cancels with less than 15 minutes notice before the massage begins. A standard cancellation fee of £50 is due if a booking is cancelled less than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
After Arrival
A standard cancellation fee of £50 is due if a client arrives at a massage location and decides to cancel. Once you have made the full payment and the massage has started, we will not offer any refunds or discounts.
(iii) For Outcall Bookings.
Before Arrival
No cancellation fees will apply if a booking cancels with less than 40 minutes notice before the massage begins.
A standard cancellation fee of £50 is due if a booking is cancelled less than 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.
After Arrival
A standard cancellation fee of £50 is due if a masseuse arrives at an outcall location. Once the full payment has been made and the massage has started, there will be no refunds or discounts.
CANCELLATION FEE CHARGE
A client must pay a cancellation fee immediately if they are present with a masseuse. They must pay the fee on the next session to their masseuse if they are late. We will cancel the session if the fee is not paid on the day of the booking.
REFUSAL OF SERVICES
Management and masseuses reserve the right not to serve clients based on several factors. We will refuse service to clients who behave rudely, verbally or physically, or who are not punctual. We have a zero abuse policy, thank you for your understanding.
Terms of Enjoyment REFUNDS POLICY
Diamond Tantric Massages functions as a booking agency that connects clients with massage therapists. It’s essential to understand our stance on refunds.
Payment Processing: We do not engage in or handle payment transactions. We have no financial involvement in the booking process, and clients do not make payments to us.
Refund Responsibility: As we are not responsible for financial transactions, we cannot issue refunds for services booked through our platform. Our primary role is to facilitate connections between clients and massage therapists, and we lack control over monetary transactions.
Requesting Refunds: If you require a refund for a scheduled massage session, please discuss this with the massage therapist directly. It is essential that if there are any problems that you discuss your refund request with the therapist, and they will guide you through their specific refund procedures.
Refund Timing: You and your therapist will agree on any refund or partial refund before or during the massage.
Dispute Resolution: If disputes or concerns regarding refunds arise, we will not involve ourselves in the resolution process. We encourage direct communication between clients and therapists to amicably address any issues.
